Most videos are one to five minutes in length and use original 2D or 3D artwork. The models can be composited with live actions or green-screen footages. We also handle background music and voice over services. The final version is copyrighted to your company and delivered in multiple formats for your indefinite use.

How does it work?
The process begins with your interest in conceptualizing your products visually. We provide complimentary consultations to understand your objectives including the message you want to convey and the intended audience. Next, you decide on the length of the video, the number of products, and other necessary details in order for us to provide a price quote. Some clients have very specific imageries and a storyboard in mind while others may want our inputs. After we reached a project agreement, we may arrange an in-person meeting with your team to solidify critical elements and develop a timetable. Our in-house clinicians consult on scientific accuracies while we communicate with you regularly and incorporate feedbacks so you have the final say in all aspects. When the video is completed, we deliver multiple formats for your indefinite and unlimited use. We do not stock or sell your videos, or any portions of them, for other purposes.

Can you include interviews?
Absolutely. Interviews can be incorporated through editing or composited with animation. We can handle the entire production or collaborate with your local personnel to ensure the live footages are compatible and consistent with the animated portion.
Who are your clients?
We would love to brag. However, one of the most important success factors in biotechnology is proprietary research and getting there first. That means we never disclose our client list without their consent— and you can expect the same confidentiality. The good news is, we can often provide work samples and are ready to prove that we can deliver.
How long does it take?
The timeline depends on the product lifecycle, length of the video, and your budget. For clients who are planning ahead for multiple products in a pipeline and have a luxurious timetable, we may work on multiple videos throughout the year. Others who have a product ready to launch or needing a reboot on the market, we can usually complete a 2-minute video in 6 to 8 weeks. Of course, the shorter the timetable, the more vigorous the process and we rely on your timely feedbacks to move along.
How much does it cost?
It is difficult, if not unfair, to estimate the cost without knowing the project. No, we are not the cheapest studio nor do we promise to beat someone else’s quote. But our pricing is competitive and we consistently exceed our clients’ expectations in value. We are happy to address the details with you.

Do you require a retainer?
Upon engaging in a project agreement, we ask for a retainer fee approximately 25% of the project as customary in the industry. The retainer is applied to the final invoice. Should a project be cancelled, the retainer is refundable prorated for work performed, usually by the length of the video, and you will own the footages that were completed. However, we do not ask for an exclusivity contract or long-term commitment. We are confident that our quality and services will foster a growing relationship.
